The Sierra Leone National Shipping Agency Act 2025 establishes Sierra Leone National Shipping Agency as the “National Carrier” for Serra Leone’s International Trade. As the National Carrier, SLNSA has been transformed and operates as an Economic Operator on internationally accepted business terms of Transparency, Accountability and Responsibility. The ethos of SLNSA provides for hassle-free experience in port formalities, Custom services, and working closely with consignees, agents, port operators and labour agencies to address challenges as they occur.
Our greatest asset is the staff who collectively has over 50 years hands-on experience in the shipping, clearing and forwarding and general maritime services such as ship husbandry and compliance issues.
SLNSA signed MOU with major ship-owners and operators: Kushan Logistics - China , West African Shipping INC - Canada and Bertling Group - Germany to provide chartering and brokerage services for dry and liquid bulk, breakbulk and container shipments
Our focus is to provide efficient, safe and predictable shipping services for import and export cargo, with particular emphasis in the mining sector.
